What could be better than pool parties in your backyard next summer? If you’re considering a custom swimming pool in the NJ tri-state area
, it’s not too early to begin planning and designing your dream pool. In fact, the cold winter months are the perfect time to start on your custom pool installation plans for this summer.
The Thomas Flint team will work with you to design, plan, and ultimately build your swimming pool, creating a backyard paradise for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
: We will come to your home to evaluate your backyard and determine the best plan for your custom swimming pool. We take into consideration the shape and size of your yard, any elevation changes that may exist, what type of pool best fits your budget (concrete or vinyl liner), as well as what your desires are for the area around your pool. After our meeting, we will work on a proposal and initial design plans for your consideration.
: After you are completely satisfied with the design phase, and we have customized the project to fit your budget, the Thomas Flint Design Team will begin coordinating all the required professionals to begin the permit process. At this point any custom materials will be ordered so there is no delay in staring the project. Once the permits have been issued, the final layout and construction process will begin. We understand that new pool construction is a large undertaking, so we will keep you up-to-date with all the proceedings.
: The construction phase is where you truly begin to see the benefits of choosing Thomas Flint. Working seamlessly with one contact point allows for simple and efficient project management. During the pool construction phase, you can rest assured that everyone working on your new pool is held to the highest industry standards.
